Mitel Telecoms Engineer - Mitel, Mivoice 400, MiVoice Business 3300, Support - Fully Remote UK Based - 45k Plus Benefits

My client - within Professional services - are seeking a Mitel Telecoms Engineer to join their team. The primary focus of this role is to provide Mitel telecoms support on their Service Desk and in the field. Pre-build and install new telecoms systems.

Duties include:

• Actively work with the other engineers in the team to cross train on all of the Telephony products we support mainly Mitel.
• Work with 3rd parties to help resolve PSTN and ISDN faults
• Provide pre-build, installation and go live cover for new and existing installations.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to colleagues, clients and other relevant third parties requiring assistance with equipment, hardware or service configurations and functionality.
• Assess situations, solve problems & apply solutions in an adequate timescale.

Looking for candidates with similar experience with the following:

• Ideally Background as a telecoms engineer
• General knowledge of Telephony
• Any other IT/network related qualifications or training
• Experience of similar role
• Good exp in supporting and installing Mitel products
• MiVoice Office 400
• MiVoice Business/3300
• SX2000 (preferred, but not essential)
• MiCollab Including Audio/Web/Video conferencing
• Mitel MBG
• Ability to work on own, part of a team, and under pressure
• Good time management and prioritisation
• Possess initiative to diagnose problems
• Professional working attitude
• Experience in providing high levels of customer service
• Undertake relevant and appropriate training for succeeding in this role
