We are seeking a Product Design Contractor for Content Reporting, which plays a crucial role in maintaining a secure, high-quality, and compliant environment for our clients' listeners. By promptly addressing reported content and leveraging user feedback, our client is able to foster a positive user experience and build trust with our listeners and content providers. In this role, you will help re-design the current baseline experience for Content Reporting across all of our client' s content and help define the way in which our content reporting features scale into the future. This is a high impact project that will influence directly our client's listener experience
Project Overview:
The 6-month engagement entails planning and executing on a scalable solution for organizations across the company to easily implement and potentially configure new reporting experiences by reusing existing components and providing self-serve' capabilities to teams who may need to fulfil more requirements on top of a baseline plug-and-play solution.
Key components will include:
Discovery and Design of reporting service to support current and future content types across the company
Detailed design of baseline plug-and-play solution that will work as a generalized flow and breakdown of components covering:
Logged-in and Logged-out flow for Infringement and Policy Violating content for general listeners Trusted Flagger reporting flow Employee reporting flow
Experiences that cover web & mobile respectively Engagement model to help outline future relationships with new, currently undefined content types
Scope of Work:
Conduct a thorough analysis of our existing platform to understand current reporting mechanisms and identify areas for improvement. Develop platformized model in partnership with CoCaM/YouX Tech teams to support scalability of reporting over time
Detailed design of all general reporting flow permutations including: Logged-in and Logged-out flow for Infringement and Policy Violating content for general listeners Trusted Flagger reporting flow Employee reporting flow Web & Native Mobile ecosystem
Collaborate with YouX squad to establish baseline metrics and dashboards to help monitor the effectiveness of reporting experiences moving forward
Deliverables:
Discovery artifacts to communicate learnings (synthesis, readouts)
Detailed Design of all reporting flow variations for implementation across web & mobile
Engagement model for Content Platform to engage with current and future feature teams
Contractor Requirements:
Seeking a Product Design contractor with excellent visual and service design skills
Preference for someone with experience designing across both mobile native experience and web PDII - Senior Level
