Change Management - Operations - London - Hybrid - £70k (FTC)

An Operations Change Management VP is required by a leading Financial Markets Infrastructure Company based in London. The role is joining the team that is responsible for all changes impacting Operations; including the systems Operations staff use and the services they support. This is a Hybrid role requiring 2 days in the office each week.

Reporting to the Head of Operational Change Management you will act as the Operations Stakeholder for all change Management. This will include ensuring that the correct Controls are in place and engaging with delivery teams to ensure smooth deployment and good governance.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Strong Change Management
• Good Exposure to both Operational and Business Analysis
• Six Sigma (ideally)

This environment is heavily regulated financial services client, so experience in a similar landscape is preferred.

The role is an initial 12 month FTC

In return the client will offer a starting base salary up to £70k plus bonus and benefits, and a great opportunity with prospects
